Tire oil is one of the core products of waste tire pyrolysis. As a heavy fuel oil, it can be directly used or further processed for high-value applications, with the following specific uses:

1. Direct Fuel Applications

Industrial Boiler and Kiln Fuel: As a substitute for coal and heavy oil, it is used for heating in industrial kilns such as cement plants, glass factories, and thermal power plants. Its calorific value reaches 42–45 MJ/kg, with good combustion stability.

Marine Fuel Blending Component: After simple decolorization and impurity removal, it can serve as a blending raw material for marine fuel oil, helping to fill the supply gap of low-sulfur fuel oil.

Fuel for Small-Scale Power Generation Equipment: Suitable for diesel generators and gas turbines, it acts as a backup fuel in remote areas or emergency scenarios.

2. High-Value Deep Processing

Finished Oil Blending Component: Through hydrofining and catalytic cracking processes, tire oil can be converted into diesel and gasoline components that meet national standards. Advanced processes can even produce jet fuel feedstock.

Chemical Raw Material Production: Aromatics and olefins separated from pyrolysis can be used to manufacture plastics, rubber, coatings, and other chemical products, replacing some petroleum-based raw materials.

3. Other Derivative Applications
