Different feeding ways for pyrolysis plant

With development of pyrolysis plant technology, now the feeding method is saving more time and labor cost than before. 

We introduce some different feeding method and its features.

 Manually feeding ,traditional feeding method .

Manually feeding need 4 worker to feed tyres. One drive Claw machine， two put tyres into the plant ,and the last one stand inside the reactor to make them in rule .

Feeding time is arround 3 hours.

2.Feeding by belt conveyor is better than manually feeding.

Feeding time: 2 hours 

Labor worker need 3 people. 

3.Hydraulic feeding machine/hydraulic feeder is the best feeding method. 

Feeding time :1 hour .

Labor workers need 2 .

What's more, one hydraulic feeding machine can fit for 4-6 sets pyrolysis plant. 

When feedIing tyre into the reactor, the reactor is also moving in circle to make tyres move deep inside to the output. 

It can be feeded more and feeded tightly.

Hydraulic feeding machine is recommended to order together with pyrolysis plant.
