Core Equipment Composition: A "Team of Environmental Protection and Resource Utilization" with Distinct Responsibilities

A complete set of waste tire pyrolysis oil refining equipment is a system in which multiple core components work together, which not only takes into account pyrolysis efficiency, but also pays more attention to environmental protection treatment. The core composition includes:

  1. Pyrolysis Furnace: The "core heart" of the entire equipment, responsible for providing an oxygen-free and temperature-controllable pyrolysis environment. The mainstream is horizontal rotating pyrolysis furnace (uniform heating and sufficient pyrolysis). The furnace body is made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy materials, equipped with sealing devices and temperature control systems, which can accurately adjust the pyrolysis temperature of 300-550℃ to ensure the stable progress of the pyrolysis reaction.


  2. Pretreatment Equipment: Including tire cutting machine, sorting machine and crusher, which are responsible for sorting, cutting and crushing waste tires, removing impurities and steel wire rings, and preparing rubber blocks that meet the feeding requirements. It is the basic link to improve pyrolysis efficiency and protect equipment.


  3. Condensation and Separation System: The "separation center" of products, composed of condensers, oil separation tanks and other equipment, is responsible for cooling the high-temperature oil and gas generated by pyrolysis into liquid fuel oil, and separating non-condensable gas at the same time, realizing the initial separation of products, which is the key link determining the output and quality

    of fuel oil.


  4. Environmental Protection Treatment System: The "environmental protection barrier" of the equipment, and also one of the core competitiveness of waste tire pyrolysis equipment, including tail gas treatment system (desulfurization tower, dust removal device, deodorization device) and waste water treatment system. Tail gas treatment can remove sulfides, dust and peculiar smell to ensure up-to-standard discharge; waste water treatment can remove oil and impurities in water to realize recycling and eliminate secondary pollution.


  5. Auxiliary System: Including heating system (gas or electric heating), intelligent control system and discharge system. The intelligent control system can real-time monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure and liquid level in the furnace to realize automatic operation; the discharge system is responsible for safely discharging the steel wire and carbon black in the furnace to improve production efficiency.
