Working Principle of Batch-Type Pyrolysis Oil Extraction Equipment

Feeding & Oxygen-Free Protection: Crushed waste tires/plastics are fed into a sealed pyrolysis furnace, and nitrogen is introduced to expel air, creating an oxygen-free environment.

Heating & Pyrolysis: The furnace is heated to 280–550℃, where organic waste decomposes into high-temperature oil-gas and carbon black (steel wire is also separated when processing tires).

Oil-Gas Condensation: High-temperature oil-gas is cooled by a condensation system, liquefied into fuel oil, and non-condensable gas is separated and recovered.

Energy Recycling: Recovered non-condensable gas is recycled to the furnace as fuel for energy self-sufficiency; carbon black, steel wire and other products are discharged and collected.
