II. Real-Time Operation Monitoring

Key Parameter Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of furnace temperature, pressure, and oxygen content; automatic alarms and interlock protection are activated when parameters exceed safe thresholds.


Leak Detection: Combustible gas detectors are installed at potential leak points, triggering immediate alarms and feed cutoff upon detection of leaks.


Automatic Interlock System: The heating source is automatically cut off in case of overtemperature or overpressure, and an emergency shutdown is initiated if the cooling system fails.


III. Emergency Response and Protection

Fire Protection Facilities: Equipped with foam fire extinguishers, fire water cannons, and an emergency vent flare.


Standardized Operation: Strict operating procedures are established, with regular safety training and emergency drills conducted.


Regular Maintenance: Pressure vessels undergo annual third-party inspections, and safety accessories are calibrated periodically.
