I. Core Principle

Raw materials like waste tires and plastics are fed into a sealed pyrolysis furnace, where they are heated and cracked under oxygen-free/low-oxygen conditions at 280–550℃, producing oil-gas, carbon black, and other products.

The high-temperature oil-gas is cooled into liquid fuel oil via a condensation system, and non-condensable gas can be recycled as fuel for the system, achieving energy self-sufficiency.
