Environmental Emission Standards

2026-02-06

I. Core Product Quality Standards (Directly linked to scenario adaptability)

GB 34188-2017 Regenerated Fuel Oil: Applicable to core fuel scenarios such as industrial boilers, high-temperature metallurgical/building materials furnaces and drying kilns. Key indicators: sulfur ≤ 0.5%, ash content ≤ 0.1%, calorific value ≥ 42MJ/kg.

T/CTRA 01-2020 Specifications for Waste Tire/Rubber Regenerated Oil: General technical requirements for waste tire pyrolysis oil, serving as the basic quality criterion for all compliant scenarios. Key indicators: sulfur ≤ 1.0%, moisture ≤ 0.5%, closed flash point ≥ 60℃.

Testing method standards: Sulfur content determination in accordance with GB/T 17040-2019; closed flash point determination in accordance with GB/T 261-2021; density determination (20℃ ≤ 950kg/m³) in accordance with GB/T 1884-2020; kinematic viscosity determination (40℃ 1.3-5.5mm²/s) in accordance with GB/T 265-2021. All serve as key testing bases for equipment adaptability in fuel scenarios.

II. Environmental Emission Standards (Pollution control requirements for the entire usage process)

GB 31570-2015 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Chemical Industry: The core exhaust gas emission standard for the production and combustion of tire pyrolysis oil, which strictly limits the emission concentrations of SO₂, NOₓ, particulates, VOCs and other pollutants.

GB 14554-1993 Emission Standard for Odor Pollutants: Specifies the emission limits for malodorous gases such as H₂S and methyl mercaptan during production and combustion processes.

GB 8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard: Industrial wastewater generated during the production of tire pyrolysis oil and its supporting usage links must meet the limits of indicators such as COD, ammonia nitrogen and petroleum substances specified in this standard.

HJ 298-2019 General Criteria for Identification of Hazardous Wastes: Serves as the basis for judging whether by-products from tire pyrolysis oil production are hazardous wastes, and standardizes the compliant disposal process of hazardous wastes to avoid secondary pollution.
