Compliant Industrial Application Scenarios for Tire Pyrolysis Oil

Tire pyrolysis oil can only be used in the following industrial scenarios after compliant pre-treatment and refining. Civil use, use as vehicle fuel, and blending into the refined oil system are strictly prohibited:

1. Industrial Boiler Heating

Applied to steam boilers and hot water boilers in printing and dyeing, papermaking, chemical, and building materials enterprises, replacing heavy oil and coal tar. It requires burners adapted to the properties of tire pyrolysis oil and a supporting tail gas treatment system.

2. High-Temperature Metallurgical & Building Materials Furnaces

Used in steel rolling furnaces, cement rotary kilns, brick tunnel kilns, and ceramic roller kilns, utilizing its high calorific value as a supplementary fuel for high-temperature industrial processes.

3. Chemical Process Heating

Used in closed combustion systems for reactor heating and rectifying tower reboilers in coal chemical and petrochemical industries, providing stable process heat.

4. Industrial Kiln Drying

Serves as a heat source for large drying kilns and furnaces in wood processing, ore processing, and feed production, replacing traditional fuels such as coal.

5. Captive Power Station Generation

Can be used in oil-fired generator sets of industrial captive power stations and small thermal power plants, but the tire pyrolysis oil must first undergo refining processes such as desulfurization and impurity removal to meet the fuel requirements of the generator sets.
