Compliant Industrial Application Scenarios for Waste Tire Pyrolysis Oil

After compliant pre-treatment/refining, waste tire pyrolysis oil can only be used in industrial fuel substitution scenarios, mainly for high-temperature industrial furnaces and fixed combustion equipment. Civil use, use as vehicle fuel, and blending into the refined oil system are strictly prohibited. The specific compliant scenarios are as follows:

Industrial boiler heating: Used in industrial steam boilers and hot water boilers of printing and dyeing, papermaking, chemical, building materials and other enterprises to replace heavy oil, coal tar and other fuels. It is necessary to match the adaptability of boiler burners and start the tail gas treatment system simultaneously.

High-temperature furnaces in metallurgy/building materials industry: High-temperature industrial furnaces such as steel rolling heating furnaces and steelmaking baking furnaces in iron and steel plants, rotary kilns in cement plants, tunnel kilns in brick and tile factories, and roller kilns in ceramic factories. The high calorific value of pyrolysis oil is utilized as a fuel supplement.

Heating for chemical production: Used as fuel in closed combustion systems for process heating links such as reactor heating and rectifying tower reboiler heating in coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry and other fields.

Industrial kiln drying: Used in large industrial drying kilns and drying furnaces in wood processing, ore processing, feed production and other industries to replace traditional fuels and provide drying heat sources.

Power generation in power plants/captive power stations: Used as fuel for power generation in gas/oil-fired generator sets of industrial captive power stations and small thermal power plants (the pyrolysis oil needs to be refined by desulfurization and impurity removal to meet the fuel requirements of the generator sets).
