Effect of Pyrolysis Temperature on Oil Quality of Aluminum-Plastic Pyrolysis Equipment
Effect of Pyrolysis Temperature on Oil Quality of Aluminum-Plastic Pyrolysis Equipment
Pyrolysis temperature directly determines oil yield, purity and service performance. Low temperature causes incomplete pyrolysis, while high temperature leads to over-pyrolysis and side reactions. The core effects are as follows:
Below 350℃ (Low): Incomplete plastic pyrolysis, resulting in low oil yield, high viscosity, high impurities, easy solidification at low temperature and poor usability.
350~550℃ (Suitable, optimal 400~480℃): Complete pyrolysis without over-reaction, the highest oil yield. Dominated by light oil with moderate viscosity and low impurities, it can be directly used as industrial fuel.
550~600℃ (Relatively high): Mild over-pyrolysis, reduced liquid oil yield, excessive light components, low oil flash point, high storage and transportation safety risks, and slightly lower calorific value.
Above 600℃ (Excessively high): Severe over-pyrolysis, sharp drop in liquid oil yield. Oil mixed with a lot of carbon black and coke, showing black color and high ash content, producing black smoke and carbon deposition during combustion, and corrosive by-products.
Practical Temperature Control: Control at 400~480℃ for pure aluminum-plastic waste; for waste containing adhesive layers/heavy additives, fine-tune to 500~550℃, strictly prohibited to exceed 600℃.
