Tire Oil Production Stage (Waste Tire Pyrolysis Phase)
Tire Oil Production Stage (Waste Tire Pyrolysis Phase)
Production is the core link of environmental protection control and a high-frequency generation node of pollutants. It is necessary to conduct the whole-process control focusing on waste gas, process wastewater and solid waste (hazardous waste) from the pyrolysis process, and completely eliminate the problem of unorganized emissions.
Waste Gas Treatment
Process waste gas containing hydrogen sulfide, non-methane total hydrocarbons, particulates, aromatic hydrocarbons and other pollutants generated during pyrolysis is strictly prohibited from direct discharge. A combined purification process of condensation recovery + catalytic combustion/regenerative thermal oxidation (RTO) + desulfurization and denitrification + bag dust removal shall be equipped to ensure that emission indicators such as non-methane total hydrocarbons, sulfides and particulates comply with the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants and local industrial limits. The production workshop shall be fully sealed, and special gas collection devices shall be installed to strictly control the escape of unorganized waste gas in the workshop.
Wastewater Treatment
Pyrolysis condensation wastewater, equipment cleaning wastewater and ground flushing wastewater generated during production are all classified as hazardous wastewater due to containing toxic and harmful substances such as oil, phenol and aromatic hydrocarbons, and direct discharge or reuse without treatment is strictly prohibited. A special wastewater treatment system of oil separation + air flotation + biochemical treatment + advanced filtration shall be equipped. The wastewater that has reached the standard after treatment shall be prioritized for reuse scenarios such as factory equipment cleaning. If discharge is really necessary, it shall comply with the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard or the receiving standard of the park sewage treatment plant, and illegal discharge and leakage shall be eliminated throughout the process.
Solid and Hazardous Waste Disposal
Hazardous wastes such as waste filter elements, waste adsorbents, waste oil sludge and wastewater treatment sludge produced as by-products in production shall be strictly classified and stored from general solid wastes such as waste steel and non-oil-contaminated packaging. A standardized hazardous waste temporary storage room with anti-seepage, leak-proof and clear marking shall be set up. Entrust qualified units with corresponding hazardous waste disposal qualifications for transshipment and disposal, sign formal disposal contracts, complete the whole-process records of hazardous waste transfer manifests, and strictly prohibit random discarding and dumping.
Other Comprehensive Control Measures
Shock absorption and noise reduction devices shall be installed on pyrolysis furnaces, induced draft fans and other equipment to ensure that the factory boundary noise complies with the Emission Standard of Industrial Enterprise Noise at Boundary. The ground of the production area shall be designed with anti-seepage, leak-proof and anti-overflow features, and an accident emergency pool shall be equipped to strictly prevent soil and groundwater pollution caused by oil and wastewater leakage. A complete set of online monitoring equipment for waste gas and wastewater shall be installed to ensure that monitoring data is uploaded to the environmental protection supervision platform in a real-time and accurate manner.
