Feeding Screw: Installed inside the cracking reactor, after the reaction is completed and the reactor has cooled down, it rotates along with the reactor to spirally push materials such as carbon black and metal residues produced during cracking from the reactor to the discharge port.
Discharge Hopper: Receives the materials delivered by the feeding screw and stably guides them to subsequent slag treatment processes (such as carbon black collection, steel wire separation, etc.
Working Logic in Batch-Type Oil Refining
Cracking Phase: The reactor is in a closed heating state, the feeding screw remains stationary, and the materials undergo thermal cracking inside the reactor.
Cooling and Slag Discharging Phase: After heating stops and the temperature drops, the reactor starts to rotate, and the feeding screw then conveys the carbon black and waste residue inside the reactor to the discharge hopper to complete slag discharge.
Preparation for Circulation: After slag discharge is completed, the equipment can be re-fed to enter the next batch of cracking production.
The advantage of this design lies in its simple structure and convenient maintenance, which adapts to the process characteristics of batch-type oil refining: "batch production and periodic slag discharge".
