Precision Temperature Control and Oxygen-Free Pyrolysis Technology: Establish a sealed oxygen-free environment (0–500°C, ≤0.02MPa). Adopt gradient temperature control to adapt to different raw materials, avoid oxidative combustion, and maximize oil-gas output.
Condensation and Separation Technology: Conduct staged condensation according to the boiling point differences of oil and gas to separate heavy oil. Reuse the non-condensable combustible gas as recycled fuel, improving oil recovery rate and energy utilization efficiency.
Tail Gas Purification and Compliance Technology: Adopt the combined process of secondary combustion (≥850°C) + deep adsorption to decompose toxic substances and remove particulates, ensuring the tail gas is discharged up to standard.
Sealed Feeding & Slagging and Safety Control Technology: The sealed linkage design ensures airtightness during feeding and slagging. Combined with full-process temperature, pressure and oxygen content monitoring, it realizes automatic emergency protection, balancing operational efficiency and safety.
