The differences between the blind plate type and elbow type cooling water tanks

The differences between the blind plate type and elbow type cooling water tanks are as follows:

1. Structural design: 

The blind plate type adopts a multi-layer blind plate or baffle plate structure, which extends the flow path of oil and gas within the tank, increases the heat exchange time, and enhances the cooling efficiency. 

The blind plates are arranged alternately to form an S-shaped gas flow channel. 

The elbow type is connected by pipes and elbows, forming a zigzag flow path inside. 

It usually has two 180-degree elbows or two 90-degree elbows welded together to form a 180-degree elbow.

2. Working principle: 

The blind plate type uses blind plates to guide the oil and gas to flow in a meandering way, increasing the contact time and heat exchange area between the oil and gas and the cooling medium, thereby improving the cooling efficiency. 

The elbow type changes the flow direction of the oil and gas by using elbows, allowing the oil and gas to flow in the zigzag pipes and exchange heat with the cooling medium.

3. Performance characteristics: 

The blind plate type has a higher cooling efficiency, can effectively increase the oil output rate, and has good sealing performance, which can prevent exhaust gas from leaking. 

The elbow type has a relatively simple structure, but its cooling efficiency is slightly lower than that of the blind plate type.

4. Maintenance: 

The blind plate type water tank has many blind plates inside, so when cleaning the residual substances, the blind plates need to be disassembled or the operation can be carried out through the cleaning port. 

The internal flow path of the elbow type water tank is relatively simple, making maintenance and cleaning more convenient.
