Regularly check the water level of the water tank to ensure sufficient circulating water, avoid insufficient water volume affecting cooling effect and normal condensation of oil gas.

Inspect the water tank shell, connecting pipes and valves every day to prevent water leakage, seepage and pipeline blockage.

Regularly clean the internal sediment, scale, sludge and floating impurities to keep the water inside clean and prevent scaling and corrosion on the tank wall.

Regularly replace or filter the circulating water, reduce the content of impurities and corrosive substances, and slow down internal rust and scaling.

Check the water pump and circulating pipeline regularly to ensure smooth water circulation and stable operation of the cooling system.

Do a good job in anti-corrosion maintenance on the inner and outer walls of the water tank, repair the rusted parts in time, and spray anti-corrosion paint to extend the service life.

In cold weather, take anti-freezing measures. Drain the residual water when the equipment is shut down for a long time to prevent the tank body and pipelines from cracking due to freezing and expansion.

Keep the water tank area clean and dry, avoid dust and dirt accumulation, and prevent foreign matters from falling into the water tank.

Regularly check the water quality and water temperature, maintain a reasonable circulating water temperature, and ensure the stable and efficient operation of the whole cooling system.
