Main Furnace of Batch Pyrolysis Equipment

Brief Introduction

The main furnace is the core reaction vessel of the whole batch pyrolysis equipment. It adopts a horizontal pressure vessel structure and realizes anaerobic high-temperature pyrolysis in a closed environment. It is used for thermal decomposition of waste tires, plastics, oil residues and other materials, with batch cycle operation.

Material

Outer shell of furnace: Q245R boiler pressure vessel steel plate

Inner liner of furnace: Q345R high temperature resistant carbon steel

Furnace head and flange: forged carbon steel pressure vessel head and high-pressure forged flange

Sealing gaskets: high temperature resistant graphite composite gaskets and metal wound gaskets

Structural Features

Horizontal fixed furnace body with external heating furnace chamber. The high-temperature fire passage is made of heat-resistant cast steel. It has excellent pressure bearing performance, resistance to thermal deformation and cracking, tight airtight sealing and high safety.

Function

After raw materials are loaded into the furnace, external heating raises the temperature. Materials inside the sealed furnace are pyrolyzed at high temperature to produce oil-gas, tail gas and solid residue. It is the main unit for pyrolysis reaction of the whole equipment.
