1. Main Reactor (Core Vessel)
Outer Shell of Reactor
Material: Q245R boiler special pressure vessel steel plate
Application: Pressure-bearing outer structure with high temperature resistance, good toughness and thermal deformation resistance.
Inner Liner of Reactor (material contact layer)
Standard configuration: Q345R high temperature resistant pressure vessel carbon steel
Premium anti-corrosion version: 16MnR manganese steel
Features: High temperature resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance. Suitable for high-temperature pyrolysis of waste tires, plastics and oil residue with low cracking risk.
Reactor flange and head
Material: Forged carbon steel flange + elliptical pressure vessel head, with stable sealing, pressure resistance and deformation resistance.
2. High-temperature Flue, Furnace Liner and Fire Passage
Material: Thickened heat-resistant cast steel / high temperature boiler steel
Withstands open flame heating for long term, resistant to high-temperature ablation and burn-through deformation.
3. Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline
High-temperature pyrolysis gas pipeline (high-temperature section at reactor outlet)

High-temperature sealing gasket for reactor door: High temperature resistant graphite composite gasket, metal wound gasket
Valve seal: Oil-resistant and high temperature resistant rubber gasket
9. Special Materials for Corrosion-prone Parts
Upgraded materials for oil sludge, heavy oil and sulfur-containing hazardous waste raw materials:
High-temperature anti-corrosion coating can be applied on the inner wall of reactor.
304 stainless steel liner is optional for strong acid and heavy oil working conditions.
Stainless steel is unnecessary for ordinary waste tire and plastic pyrolysis. Carbon steel has better high temperature performance and higher cost performance.
