Cracking site of 5 waste tires in Lu'an City, Anhui Province, China

The project is located in Lu'an, Anhui Province, and obtained environmental impact assessment approval procedures in 2019. A total of 5 LES-2880 waste tire refining equipment with a daily processing capacity of 15 tons were installed, using a series connection method. The first furnace was initially heated with light diesel oil, and after stable gas production, it was switched to combustible gas for heating and used for the second furnace. Then, continuous operation production was achieved by analogy.

The project has complete environmental protection facilities, including spray dust removal, bag filter, activated carbon adsorption, centralized desulfurization, etc. All pollutants can be discharged up to standard. Currently, the project is running well.
