10 tpd waste plastic pyrolysis plant to recycle plastic to fuel oil
Traditional global plastic waste management mainly relies on landfilling, incineration, and recycling.
Landfilling causes long-term soil and groundwater pollution as plastic takes 20 to 450 years to decompose.
Incineration releases toxic dioxins and CO₂ that worsen global warming.
Recycling, though eco-friendly, has a global rate below 10% and cannot handle multi-layered or contaminated plastics.
In contrast, plastic-to-oil conversion,pyrolysis plant, an emerging technology using pyrolysis (heating plastic to 400–600°C in an oxygen-free environment), turns 90% of non-recyclable plastic into usable fuel (gasoline, diesel, etc.), avoiding long-term waste storage and reducing toxic emissions compared to traditional methods. While traditional methods are familiar, they fail to solve the non-recyclable plastic issue, so a balanced approach combining better recycling and scaled-up plastic-to-oil pyrolysis plant projects is the most effective strategy for the plastic waste crisis.

Reactor shell is Q235B material,and filled with refractory matters that can keep hot during the heating in good efficiency as well as the direct heating system to save energy and cost.
E.Our pyrolysis plant is equipped with anti-explosion device,safety valves,emergency valves,pressure and temperature meters,as well as the alarming system to avoid emergency happens.

G.Box condenser is produced with 8 pcs 133mm tubes and 17 pcs 108 tubes,25 tubes totally can guarantee the high yield and not easily blocked .The length of oil gas will be arround 180m in the tubes and have enough time to cooling down the oil gas to oil.
