Lefilter waste tire recycling equipment uses thermal decomposition technology to decompose macromolecules into smaller molecules when high temperature.
At present, the pyrolysis plant is divided into three types: batch type, semi-continuous, and continuous type.
It is 100% recycling equipment, not only a profitable business, but also helpful for improving the local environment, avoid garbage pollution.

B. No leaking and safe with special high temperature flexible graphite packing.
C. Fully enclosed carbon black discharging system. Automatic discharging by the reactor move forward or back-forward.No pollution caused by carbon black and will not flying out when discharging.
D.Good quality on raw material: Reactor material is Q345R,which is used for furnace professionally,it has better performance under high temperature working environment than Q245R others used. Reactor shell is Q235B material,and filled with refractory matters that can keep hot during the heating in good efficiency as well as the direct heating system to save energy and cost.
E.Our pyrolysis plant is equipped with anti-explosion device,safety valves,emergency valves,pressure and temperature meters,as well as the alarming system to avoid emergency happens.

a:Emission Standard:Adopting special gas scrubbers to remove acid gas and dust from smoke .
b:Smell during operation:Fully enclosed during the operation
c:Water pollution:No pollution at all. All water are recycling used,after making the oil cool,then flow into water pool then reused.
d:Air pollution:no air pollution,the waste gas can be discharged into flue gas pool,it's closed.
e:Solid pollution:No solid pollution.All the solid after pyrolysis is the crude carbon black and steel wires which can be deep-processed or sold directly with its value.
G.Box condenser is produced with 8 pcs 133mm tubes and 17 pcs 108 tubes,25 tubes totally can guarantee the high yield and not easily blocked .The length of oil gas will be arround 180m in the tubes and have enough time to cooling down the oil gas to oil.
