1. Nominal Diameter (DN)

Common sizes: DN15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000

Extra-large diameters: DN1200 and above (customizable)

2. Nominal Pressure (PN)

Low pressure: PN1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3MPa

Medium pressure: PN10, 16, 25MPa

High pressure: PN40, 42, 63, 100MPa

3. Structural Types (4 types)

Type A (Basic): No inner/outer rings, for low pressure, flat/raised face flanges

Type B (With inner ring): Inner ring + winding body, for medium pressure, male-female/tongue-and-groove flanges

Type C (With outer ring): Outer ring + winding body, for medium-high pressure, raised/flat face flanges (mainstream for pyrolysis furnaces)

Type D (With inner and outer rings): Inner ring + outer ring + winding body, for high pressure/strong vibration conditions (first choice for high-pressure flanges of pyrolysis furnaces)

4. Material Combinations

Filler materials: Flexible graphite (G, most commonly used), ceramic fiber (C, ultra-high temperature), PTFE (low temperature)

Metal strip materials: 304/316 stainless steel (conventional), carbon steel (low pressure), high-temperature alloy (high pressure/strong corrosion)
