Common Safety Hazards in Tire Pyrolysis Process
Common Safety Hazards in Tire Pyrolysis Process
Fire and explosion: Oil-gas leakage ignites explosion when exposed to open flames/ static electricity; overheated furnace body ignites surrounding materials; improper ignition operations cause flashback explosions.
Equipment failure: Overpressure deformation/rupture of pyrolysis furnaces; damage to electrical components such as high-voltage packs and burners; mechanical injuries caused by lack of protection on rotating parts.
Medium leakage: Leakage of toxic gases such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxide leading to personnel poisoning; leakage of oil-containing wastewater and hazardous waste polluting the environment.
Operation and management: Violations/misoperations causing over-temperature and overpressure; insufficient emergency response capacity; static electricity accumulation and poor grounding triggering sparks.
