Environmental Standards for Aluminum-Plastic Pyrolysis Oil Production Equipment

Aluminum-plastic pyrolysis oil production equipment shall comply with industry-specific, general environmental protection and local supplementary standards, with the core requirements as follows:

Industry-specific: Comply with GB/T 32662-2016 (Emission Limits for Pyrolysis Furnace Waste Gas) and HJ 364-2022 (Full-process Environmental Protection Specifications).

Waste gas: Organized emission (Particulate matter ≤30mg/m³, SO₂ ≤50mg/m³, NOₓ ≤200mg/m³, NMHC ≤120mg/m³); Unorganized emission (In-plant NMHC ≤6.0mg/m³, Factory boundary NMHC ≤4.0mg/m³). Malodorous pollutants shall meet the requirements of GB 14554-1993.

Wastewater: Production wastewater shall conform to GB 8978-1996. Direct discharge of oil-containing wastewater is strictly prohibited, and supporting treatment facilities must be equipped.

Solid waste/hazardous waste: General solid waste shall comply with GB 18599-2020, and hazardous waste shall comply with GB 18597-2023. Hazardous waste shall be disposed of by qualified entities.

Noise: Factory boundary noise shall meet GB 12348-2008, and the limits shall be implemented in accordance with regional functional zoning.

Compliance management: The project shall complete environmental impact assessment and environmental protection acceptance. Environmental protection facilities shall operate 24 hours a day, and a sewage discharge account shall be established.
