Simplified Measures to Prevent Pressure Build-up in Tire Pyrolysis Furnaces
Simplified Measures to Prevent Pressure Build-up in Tire Pyrolysis Furnaces
I. Process and Operation Optimization
Raw Material Pre-treatment: Crush waste tires and remove hard impurities; control moisture content ≤5% to avoid blockage or sudden steam increase.
Stable Temperature Control: Raise temperature slowly according to the process curve (≤50℃/h) to prevent local overheating and sudden gas surges.
Dynamic Gas Flow Adjustment: Monitor furnace pressure in real time and match gas generation and discharge rates via valve regulation.
II. Equipment Maintenance and Monitoring
Regular Pressure Relief System Inspection: Calibrate safety valves and rupture discs monthly; ensure venting pipelines are unobstructed.
Ensure Condensation Efficiency: Clean condenser scale and check cooling system operation to reduce accumulation of non-condensable gases.
Sealing Leakage Check: Daily inspection of furnace body and pipeline seals; replace aging gaskets promptly.
III. Emergency Preparedness
Multi-level Pressure Protection: Install pressure interlock devices to automatically cut off fuel and activate emergency venting when overpressure occurs.
Clear Emergency Procedures: In case of pressure build-up, immediately reduce heating power → open emergency vents → check for blockages → resolve issues after pressure stabilizes.
Regular Drills and Training: Conduct emergency drills to familiarize personnel with response procedures and early signs of pressure abnormalities.
