Maintenance Cycle of Cracking Reactors
Maintenance Cycle of Cracking Reactors (General Standard)
The core principle follows daily on-time maintenance + regular frequency-based maintenance + annual comprehensive overhaul, adapted to the batch production characteristics of batch-type thermal cracking oil refining equipment. The specific cycles are as follows:
Daily Maintenance
Frequency: After each production batch / Before daily start-up / After shutdown
(It is mandatory to perform after each batch to prevent residue scaling and component jamming from affecting the next batch production)
Regular Maintenance
Weekly Maintenance: Every 7 days / After 5-7 consecutive production batches
Monthly Maintenance: Once a month / After 20-30 consecutive production batches
Quarterly Maintenance: Once every 3 months
Annual Overhaul
Frequency: Once a year / After the equipment has accumulated 8000-10000 operating hours
(Whichever comes first; if the equipment operates continuously under high load, it can be appropriately shortened to 10-12 months)
Supplementary Notes
Consumable parts (sealing gaskets, high-temperature grease, temperature sensor probes, etc.) have no fixed cycle and shall be replaced immediately upon discovery of aging/damage/malfunction;
In addition to daily inspection, safety accessories such as safety valves and pressure gauges shall be sent to a third party for calibration every 6 months and rechecked during annual overhaul;
If the raw materials contain many impurities and the equipment operates continuously under high load, the frequency of weekly/monthly maintenance can be increased by 20%-30%.
