Advanced degradation: Activated carbon/molecular sieve adsorption (low-concentration VOCs), CO/RCO catalytic oxidation (medium-concentration, high efficiency, no secondary pollution), RTO thermal cracking (high-concentration/sulfur-chlorine containing impurities)
Unorganized emission control: Closed negative pressure collection (leakage prevention from source) + photocatalytic/plasma purification (odor removal at end)
Main process combinations:
Small & medium projects: Spray tower → activated carbon adsorption
Medium projects: Spray tower → molecular sieve adsorption concentration → catalytic combustion
Large projects: Spray tower → bag filtration → RTO
Unorganized emissions: Closed negative pressure collection → photocatalytic/plasma purification
Energy saving & recovery: Reuse purified combustible gas as pyrolysis furnace fuel; recover combustion waste heat for oil sludge drying
