Two Sets of Plastic Pyrolysis plants Successfully Commissioned in Sichuan, China

Recently, two sets of intelligent plastic pyrolysis plant independently developed by our company have been successfully commissioned at a renewable resources processing base in Sichuan Province, Southwest China. The equipment has achieved stable operation with qualified product output, marking a new milestone in our localized application in the southwest region and providing a replicable green solution for global waste plastic resource utilization.

The Sichuan project client is a leading enterprise engaged in comprehensive waste treatment, focusing on solving the disposal challenges of mixed waste plastics generated from local manufacturing, catering and daily life. After in-depth investigation of global pyrolysis technologies and on-site inspections of our multiple successful cases, the client finally chose our equipment for its advanced process, energy-saving performance and strict environmental compliance.


The two sets of equipment adopt a fully enclosed batch type pyrolysis process, which can efficiently convert mixed waste plastics (including PP, PE, and ABS) into high-value products such as pyrolysis oil, syngas and carbon black. During the commissioning phase, the equipment demonstrated outstanding performance: the daily processing capacity reached 10-12 tons per set, the pyrolysis oil yield stably exceeded 60%, and all emission indicators fully met China's national environmental standards.


Compared with traditional waste disposal methods, our pyrolysis plant has prominent technical advantages. The plants effectively solves industry pain points such as coking, unstable product quality and high energy consumption in traditional pyrolysis processes. The syngas generated during operation is purified and reused for system heating, reducing external energy dependence by 35% and achieving energy self-sufficiency in the production process.


The on-site technical team spent 20 days completing equipment installation, debugging and operator training. "The equipment operation is simple and stable, and the product quality is beyond expectation," said the project manager of the Sichuan client. "After formal operation, it can handle 10,000 tons of waste plastics annually, reducing landfill occupation by more than 8,000 cubic meters and replacing 4,000 tons of fossil fuels, creating considerable economic and environmental benefits."
