1. Waste Tires

Waste tires hardly degrade naturally. Landfill consumes massive land space while incineration causes air pollution, bringing great disposal difficulties. Our pyrolysis equipment efficiently processes all types of waste tires for cars, engineering vehicles, bicycles and electric vehicles.


Under high-temperature oxygen-free pyrolysis conditions, waste tires are decomposed into recyclable fuel oil, carbon black and steel wires. Fuel oil serves industrial heating and power generation; carbon black is used for rubber regeneration and building material production; steel wires can be recycled and smelted. It fully revitalizes waste tires and eliminates relevant environmental hazards.


2. Waste Plastics

Plastic pollution spreads widely in daily life. Woven bags, injection molded parts, automobile bumpers, foamed products, industrial PE, PP plastics and wastewater washed plastics from paper mills are all qualified processing materials.


Different from traditional incineration that generates massive harmful emissions, our equipment conducts sealed pyrolysis with stable oil yield ranging from 45% to 75%. The qualified pyrolysis oil is widely applied in industrial heating and engineering machinery. The technology eradicates white pollution and achieves circular utilization of plastic resources.


3. Waste Rubber

Apart from waste tires, the equipment handles various waste rubber products such as worn shoe soles, waste cable sheaths and rubber conveyor belts. These leftover scraps are valuable recyclable raw materials.


Waste rubber can be decomposed into fuel oil and carbon black after pyrolysis. Recycled carbon black is used to manufacture rubber goods, ink and coatings. It builds a closed-loop rubber recycling system, cuts resource waste and eases environmental pressure caused by rubber stockpiling.


4. Oil Sludge and Residue

Large quantities of oil sludge and residue are produced during petroleum exploitation and processing. Such hazardous industrial waste contains heavy grease and toxic substances. Random stacking and discharge severely contaminate soil and groundwater.
