Tools for Daily Maintenance of Gas Separator

General hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers and pliers are used to disassemble bolts, flanges and valves. Cleaning tools including high-pressure water pipes, long-handle shovels, steel brushes and dredge rods are applied to remove tar, oil sludge, coke and internal sediments. Sealing and repairing tools, such as gaskets, sealant and welding equipment, are used for leakage maintenance and corrosion repair. Testing tools contain pressure gauges, leak detectors and thermometers to monitor working pressure, temperature and gas leakage. Anti-corrosion tools like rust removers, abrasive paper and anticorrosive paint are adopted for surface rust removal and coating. In addition, protective equipment including gas masks, gloves and protective clothing must be equipped to ensure operation safety during maintenance.
