Composition of Batch Pyrolysis Equipment
The whole set of batch pyrolysis equipment is mainly composed of seven modules: main reactor system, heating system, oil-gas condensation system, tail gas recycling system, pipeline sealing system, safety protection system, oil storage and auxiliary system.
Main Reactor System
It is the core reaction vessel of the equipment for raw material loading and closed high-temperature anaerobic pyrolysis, including furnace body, head, flange and furnace door sealing structure.
Heating System
Composed of combustion chamber, high-temperature resistant fire passage and heating device, providing stable high-temperature heat source for the furnace.
Oil-Gas Condensation System
Including high-temperature pipelines, condensing coils and condensing towers, which cool and liquefy pyrolysis oil-gas to produce pyrolysis oil.
Tail Gas Recycling System
Consisting of tail gas pipelines and flame arrester, it collects non-condensable tail gas and sends it back to the combustion chamber for heating to realize energy recycling.
Pipeline Sealing System
Various connecting pipelines, valves and high-temperature resistant gaskets ensure airtightness of the whole equipment and maintain anaerobic working environment.
Safety Protection System
Equipped with pressure gauge, safety valve, pressure relief device and temperature control monitoring device to prevent over-temperature and over-pressure operation and ensure production safety.
Oil Storage and Auxiliary System
Including oil storage tanks, oil-water separators, equipment supports, operating platforms and slag discharge auxiliary structures.
