Advanced Pyrolysis Technology
Core Principle:
Our equipment utilizes Oxygen-Free Thermal Cracking (Pyrolysis). Unlike incineration, this process decomposes waste tires in a strictly sealed, oxygen-free environment. By breaking down long-chain macromolecules into smaller molecules through controlled heating, we transform waste into valuable resources efficiently and safely.
The Process:
Sealed Loading: Raw materials are fed into the reactor within a sealed system to prevent oxidation.
Catalytic Pyrolysis: The horizontal reactor rotates to ensure uniform heating. At optimal temperatures (280°C–350°C), rubber macromolecules crack into oil and gas.
Condensation: High-temperature oil gas passes through a vertical condensing system, liquefying into high-quality fuel oil.
Gas Recycling: Non-condensable gas is recycled back to the combustion chamber as fuel, significantly reducing operating costs.
Safe Discharging: Solid residues (Carbon Black & Steel Wire) are discharged only after the system cools down to safe temperatures, ensuring zero pollution.
