Equipment Introduction

The fully automatic and environmentally friendly carbon black pneumatic conveying system uses a sealed pneumatic conveying pipeline to transport the carbon black generated from oil refining. It is collected uniformly by the carbon black collector and then processed together in the carbon black silo. The carbon black pneumatic conveying equipment is environmentally friendly and energy-saving throughout the process of transporting the carbon black, effectively solving the dust problem in the handling of carbon black at the oil refinery. The selection of the carbon black pneumatic conveying equipment enables the carbon black treatment to be carried out in a closed environment, without dust or pollution.

Working principle

The coarse carbon black transportation system uses wind power to transport and convey the carbon black from the cracking zone to the carbon black processing area. After the thermal cracking of the coarse carbon black passes through the slag outlet of the cracking furnace and then through the sealed induced draft pipe, it enters the carbon black collector. After the carbon black is collected, it enters the storage bin that is配套 to the collector. The large particles of steel wire are left in the coarse carbon black storage pit， while some small particles of steel wire enter the carbon black collector storage bin along with the induced draft pipe. The entire production process of the carbon black collection， storage， and processing area is in a sealed environment， and corresponding cyclone dust collectors and pulse bag dust collectors are also provided. The cyclone dust collector can collect the large particles of carbon black through centrifugal force and then pack them into ton bags for sale. The remaining small particles and powder-like carbon black can be removed from the fine dust by the pulse bag dust collector and then packed in ton bags， and finally， the purified and completely clean air is discharged. This ensures that there is no dust in the entire environment. In the waste tire oil refining project, the carbon black transportation equipment can be reasonably matched with the fan according to the location, area, and distance of the factory, with strong flexibility.
