A.Feeding process: We have hydraulic feeding system for feed tire to the reactor.

B. Heating process : The waste tire/plastic/rubber is burned to 180℃, pyrolysis oil comes out,about 2 hours later ,waste gas comes out and can be used as flammable gas to burn the reactor.Burning going on for 8-10 hours, starts cooling the reactor. 

C.Reactor cooling :Use blower to wind and cool down the temperature of reactor to 100 ℃ arround.

D.Carbon black discharging : Carbon black discharged in the front door of the plant ,or can be discharged from the outlet. Any is safe,sealed without leakage 

E.Wire steel pulling out :Pulling out wire steel from the reactor by folklift etc heavy duty equipment.
