Product Description

The waste tire pyrolysis equipment will split the waste tire at high temperature to obtain tire oil, carbon black and steel wire, so as to realize the maximum recycling of waste resources. This series of pyrolysis equipment is an environmental friendly and pollution-free thermal cracking treatment method for waste tires. Lifeierte Shangqiu Branch is a professional technology production enterprise, which has been focusing on the effective utilization of waste for many years. The reaction kettle is made of professional boiler plate steel Q345R, 16 / 18mm thick. The cooling effect of the box cooler in the operation process of the equipment can reach 180m, and the oil yield can reach 40% - 45%.


1. Workflow of waste tire pyrolysis equipment:
loading plastic into reactor
heating reactor
after heating , solid plastic converted to oil gas
oil gas go into oil-gas separator ,heavy oil deposit and go to heavy oil tank, light oil gas go to cooling system
after cooling ,light oil gas change to liquid oil and go into light oil tank
non-liquid oil gas will to water sealing tank, then back to combustor burning to heat reactor as fuel
smoke produced by heating reactor will go to dedust system, after dedust system treatment , smoke change to white clean waster steam ,then go to sky through chimney.

2.Main Equipments of Pyrolysis Plant:
Latest Waste Tire Recycling Machine consists of six main system: reactor, automatic feeding system, cooling system, carbon black discharging system and carbon black collection system, dust removal system and waste gas recovery system.

         B. Tubular Condenser  Function: The utility model has the advantages of simple and beautiful structure, convenient maintenance and large cooling area.

4).Name:Carbon Black Discharging System and Carbon Black Collection System

Function: Storage of recycled carbon black

5).Name:Dust Removal System

Function: Dispose of fiue gas caused by using wood,coal,oil or natural gas.

3.The quick skimming of tyre retreading pyrolysis machine:
(1). feeding the raw materials by using auto-feeding machine. the auto feeder can push large plastics and whole tyres in the reactor by using hydraulic pressure as power which has 80 tons push power, the process is easy to operate and convenient. Thus can achieve continuous producing.
 
(2). the whole tyre and plastics will be heating in the pyrolysis processing. The materials of reactor is Q345R boiler steel, thickness 16mm, which has the features of high pressure resistant , can bear 20-25Pa pressure.
 
(3). output products yield: you will get 40% fuel oil,35% carbon black, 15% steel wire and 10% flammable gas.(at present, the price of fuel oil is 3000-4000RMB/ton, steel wire is 2500-2700 RMB/ton in our country and carbon black is 700-800 RMB/ton )

The advantages of waste tire pyrolysis plant:

The gas can be burned in next batch. 
If there are 2 ~ 6 sets of equipment, it is recommended to purchase Gas storage balloon, which can recover and store the remaining gas for next combustion and save coal, oil and natural gas.  Volume:100-500m3(according to your warehouse) Material: PP or TPU.  No leakage and sealed well. 

7). Direct Heating System: Enlarging heating square to lengthen the lifespan of the reactor and easy to control the temperature.

9). A safety device with a safety valve can be designed at the furnace door. With safety valve to control the pressure to make sure the safety.

Installation, Guarantee and Sales-after service:
(1). Installation and Commissioning: The seller shall send at least one engineer to the buyer's assigned place at agreed time by both parties to conduct installation, commissioning and training of sold machines. The cost which may be including salary of 150USD per day, Accommodation, Round tickets, Meals, Transportation, Essential tools etc. during engineer service process shall be borne by the buyer. Seller should burden the visa application, but buyer should help on the documents, etc.
 
(2). Guarantee of quality: The Seller shall guarantee that the goods are made of the best materials and of first class workmanship, brand new, and comply in all respects with the quality and specifications and performance as stipulated in this Contract. The Seller shall guarantee that the goods, when correctly installed, properly operated and maintained, shall give satisfactory performance for a period of 12months after the day of completion of installations. Human faults or wearing parts not included in the quality guarantee.

(3). Coverage:The warranty foresees the supply, free of charge, of the parts of the machine that get broken due to manufacturing defects.The warranty does not cover damages and/or loss of production due to machine stops or for the bad running caused by the damage. 
The warranty does not cover the time required for the arrival of the new parts.
