Product details：
The waste tire pyrolysis plant is decomposed into oil vapor by high temperature pyrolysis technology, and the oil vapor enters the cooling system through the oil gas separator, wherein the oil flows to the oil tank, and the pyrolysis gas passes through water seal to the gas recovery system to become the main furnace fuel. Realize continuous production.
The waste tire pyrolysis equipment will split the waste tire at high temperature to obtain tire oil, carbon black and steel wire, so as to realize the maximum recycling of waste resources. This series of refining equipment is an environmental friendly and pollution-free thermal cracking treatment method for waste tires. Lifeierte Shangqiu Branch is a professional and technical production enterprise, which has been focusing on the effective utilization of waste for many years. The reaction kettle is made of professional boiler plate steel Q345R, 16 / 18mm thick. The cooling effect of the box cooler during the operation of the equipment can reach 180m, and the oil yield can reach 40% - 45%.

Our services

Installation, Guarantee and Sales-after service:
(1). Installation and Commissioning: The seller shall send at least one engineer to the buyer's assigned place at agreed time by both parties to conduct installation, commissioning and training of sold machines. The cost which may be including salary of 150USD per day, Accommodation, Round tickets, Meals, Transportation, Essential tools etc. during engineer service process shall be borne by the buyer. Seller should burden the visa application, but buyer should help on the documents, etc.
 
(2). Guarantee of quality: The Seller shall guarantee that the goods are made of the best materials and of first class workmanship, brand new, and comply in all respects with the quality and specifications and performance as stipulated in this Contract. The Seller shall guarantee that the goods, when correctly installed, properly operated and maintained, shall give satisfactory performance for a period of 12months after the day of completion of installations. Human faults or wearing parts not included in the quality guarantee.

(3). Coverage:The warranty foresees the supply, free of charge, of the parts of the machine that get broken due to manufacturing defects.The warranty does not cover damages and/or loss of production due to machine stops or for the bad running caused by the damage. 
The warranty does not cover the time required for the arrival of the new parts.

Special offer :The seller shall provide genuine parts with cost price and thchnical support for free in its whole lifespan.

For packaging and shipping,we need to one 40'FR for the reactor,and the other 40'FR for the horizontal cooling condenser,40'HQ containers is to load oil tank,dedust device and other spare parts.The reactor is about 7500mm*3200mm*3200mm.It is doable to take 40FR.It is over width and over height.The horizontal cooling condenser isi 6000mm*3000mm*1800mm,have good performance for cooling oli gas.It's proper for using 40'FR.We also can design vertical cooling condensor for you,pack in 40'HQ,it's according to your request.
